OREANDA-NEWS. February 09, 2010. The Bank of Moscow has introduced a new service for visitors to the Bank’s official website — www.bm.ru. The new service has been called "Book a call from the Bank!" and constitutes a form for feedback between the Bank and both existing and potential clients visiting the website.

On the website, the visitor may fill in a special form to book a phone call from the Bank at any convenient time.

In response to the submitted form, a specialist from the Bank will ring the visitor, answer in detail and in full any questions of interest relating to the Bank’s products and services, assist in completing a credit application, and so on.

By using the form for feedback to the Bank, the website visitor can express his opinion or leave a comment about the Bank’s work, the products or services offered..

"In introducing the new information service for visitors to our website, we are aiming for even greater openness in communications with clients", says Andrey Lapko, Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow. "We want to be close and understandable to our clients and are ready to respond rapidly to all requests."
