OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2010. City authorities have extended the time frame for the second stage of construction of a mixed-use centre on 3A and 5 7th Kozhukhovskaya Street, southeastern Moscow, till 31 December 2013.

According to a source from City Hall, a deadline for having the mixed-use centre built on Kozhukhovskaya Street has been postponed without imposing penalty charges on the investor, Kozhukhovskaya-Invest.

The structure is currently under construction on a 6.3-hectare site. Its total area is expected to be 134,000 square metres. It is designed to have a 40,986-square-metre multi-storey car park for 1,429 vehicles and 1,071 open-air parking places. Besides, domestic and fast food services are to operate within the mixed-use centre.
