OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2010. City authorities have approved the plan to develop a hotel in southwestern Moscow scheduled to be designed in 2010 and 2011.

According to a source from City Hall, the hotel will go up on a site originally intended for a shop.

The use of the 0.078-hectare site on 17A Marii Uliyanovoy Street leased by ZAO Gemma has been changed to allow the company to develop the hotel on it.

The official added that, due to the change of use of the site, the rental payment would be set at 50.01 per cent of its cadastral value.
