OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2010. On Monday in Vilnius TEO LT, AB, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services in Lithuania, introduced to customers its new, largest and most convenient customer care centre in the business centre Evolution (Ukmerges g. 223), which is located in the micro-district  Sheshkine.
 
The new customer care centre is already the third one in the country’s capital, the other two are located in Vilnius street and in the shopping centre Akropolis. In total, there are 16 customer care centres of TEO currently operating in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Shiauliai, Panevezhys, Alytus, Marijampole, Utena, Mazheikiai, Taurage.
 
According to Laurynas Sheshkevichius, Director of Vilnius regional center of TEO, the network of customer care centres is being expanded in locations that are closest to the customer, so it will be particularly convenient for the residents of Sheshkine, Fabijonishkes, Pashilaichiai, Virshulishkes and the surrounding micro-districts of  Vilnius to come and get acquainted with the Company’s services. For residents of Vilnius living in other parts of the city it will also be convenient to reach the new centre via Ukmerges street.
 
The micro-district of Sheshkine has been selected also because of the particularly broadly developed next-generation fiber-optic network of TEO in this part of the city. “The new technologies allow to offer customers the fastest Internet access services in the country and the state-of-the-art possibilities of the digital television,” – L. Sheshkevichius said.
 
At the new centre, there are demonstration stands of the digital television GALA and ZEBRA FTTH Internet, where customers have the opportunity to get familiar with the services and try out their possibilities. For customers in a hurry, there have been installed fast-service points, and at self-service points customers will have the possibility to manage available services and to learn to use the online self-service system Mano TEO (My TEO).
 
At the new centre, there have been designed comfortable spaces for business customers to meet with the Company’s sales managers and a conference hall for presentations.
 
Upon the opening of more functional and convenient customer care centres in Vilnius, the Company will complete the customer care improvement phase, during which, since 2007, 9 customer care centres have been renovated and 6 new centres have been opened all over Lithuania. During this period, the system of customer care by phone has been substantially upgraded, and the online self-service system Mano TEO (My TEO) has been created and improved.
