OREANDA-NEWS. March 19, 2010. ALIDI Group, leading Russian provider of distribution, logistic and promotion services, announces 2009 results. Despite crisis in 2009 turnover of company exceeded 16 bin. rubles.

In 2009 company implemented a number of important projects for business development:

In January ALIDI started distribution of goods of strategic partner Nestle in the region of Ulianovsk

In March ALIDI acquired a part of business of Tandem-Volga and became the distributor of Procter & Gamble in Yaroslavl and Kostroma. Thereby ALIDI acquired the distribution contract with P&G on the whole territory of ALIDI Group presence (in all 20 regions, where ALIDI operates nowadays).

In July ALIDI launched distribution of Wrigley in the Nizhny Novgorod Region

In September ALIDI opened National Distribution Center for M.Video in the 2nd Warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod. Project realization for largest retailer of domestic appliances allowed ALIDI to become Logistic operator of National scale.

ALIDI concluded logistics contracts  in St. Petersburg. Today among ALIDI’s clients are Pepsi, world leader in beverages; Vitek, producer of household appliances; Orimi-Trade, Russian producer of tea and coffee.

The testimony of ALIDI’s successes is the award “Best Russian Logistic Services Provider”, that company got in July 2009. This award is organized by EuroAsian Logistic Association (EALA). ALIDI was also listed among the Top-15 leaders of Russian logistics market.

In the period of world economic recession in 2009 ALIDI got possibility to improve its infrastructure. 7 branches moved into better warehouses – now ALIDI operates 85 000 sq.m. of modern warehouse facilities.
