New securities listed in the order-driven market. On March 24, the Ukrainska SE saw the addition of shares from the following issuers: Ukravto (AVTO), Dakor West (DAKOR), Dnipropetrovsk Dzerzhinskiy Iron and Steel (DMKD), and Interpipe Nizhnedniprovsk Tubes Rolling (NITR). Hence, starting from this Wednesday, the order-driven market of this stock exchange will include 37 securities.

Equity market. On March 23, the Ukrainska SE index grew by 5.72% and growth was experienced throughout the entire trading session. All in all on the Ukrainska SE, there were a record-high number of deals at 5,030, concluded for a total value of 103.7 mln hryvnia. Virtually almost all securities demonstrated growth, with the exception of Khartsyzk Tubes (HRTR). The absolute leader in terms of growth was Poltava Mining (PGOK), the quotations for which jumped by 37.4%. A possible driver of this positive upswing was possibly news about the fairly good financial performance in 2009 of its parent structure, Ferrexpo.
