OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2010. The Moscow Arbitration Court confirmed validity of the decision and determination issued by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) regarding the Moscow City Property Department on the case on unlawful reassignment of the rights of possession and use of fixed property owned by the state.

On 28th October 2009, FAS Russia found that the Moscow City Property Department violated Part 1 Article 15 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" (prohibiting the authorities to exercising competition restricting actions) by agreeing with "Iniurcollegia" law firm upon transfer of the leasehold of state property to "Dantist" Ltd. and "Progress+" Ltd. without competitive bidding.

FAS Russia also found that the Moscow City Property Department and "Iniurcollegia" law firm violated Part 1 Article 17.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" (violating the procedures for concluding agreements concerning municipal property).

FAS Russia issued determinations to stop the antimonopoly violations.
