OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2010. Six car parks will be commissioned in northwestern Moscow by the end of the first quarter of 2010 within the Narodnyy Garazh program aimed at providing Muscovites with affordable parking lots.

According to Vladimir Resin, first deputy mayor of Moscow, six parking facilities will be open in the first quarter, another four – by the end of the second quarter of 2010.

The official added that the total number of car parks to be open by the end of 2010 within the Narodnyy Garazh program was expected to be 24.

“The work is going on. I believe that there won't be problems with implementation of the plan as sites intended for the parking facilities have already been allocated,” Mr Resin emphasized.
