OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2010. TMM Company's management held a scheduled meeting with the investors of Sonyachna Brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv). During the meeting the top managers spoke on the course of construction of Sonyachna Brama residential complex, receiving of special-purpose financing for the project, date of putting into operation of the first stage of the complex, future infrastructure, etc. The company was represented by Nikolai Tolmachov, CEO, Pavel Chyslovsky, Director of TMM in Kyiv, Yuriy Isaiev, Deputy CEO for legal issues and Alexei Govorun, Deputy CEO for strategic development and marketing.

Currently, 250 workers are engaged in the project's construction, which includes TMM Company's employees as well as the employees of subcontractors. As part of the first stage construction the following works are in progress: glazing works, horizontal electrical wiring layout (overhead lighting in apartments), internal finishing works – floor underlayment, gypsum plastering of the walls. Brick laying works of the supermarket premises are approaching completion. Connection of the object to the external utility network is in progress.

As reported earlier, TMM Company received confirmation from OJSC "Oschadbank" as to the full financing for completion of 1st stage of Sonyachna Brama complex in 2010. Funds provided by OJSC "Oschadbank" fully cover financing requirements for completion of 1st stage of the project and its commissioning in 4th quarter of 2010. With the financing secured from OJSC "Oschadbank" TMM Company is going to direct the funds received from pre-sales of apartments in 1st stage of the complex to continue construction of the next stage. Residential and office complex Sonyachna Brama, located at 73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv, is the largest TMM Company's project under construction in which TMM realizes a "city within the city" concept. The complex includes 16 buildings: 14 residential and 2 office blocks. The total area of the complex is 234 thousand sq m.  The completion of the four stages is scheduled for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively.
