Integra Group (LSE: INTE), a leading oilfield services provider and manufacturer of oilfield services equipment, announces that Dmitry Avdeev will resign as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective June 7, 2010. Mr. Avdeev has accepted an offer to become a Co-head of the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley (Russia). Mr. Avdeev will also resign from the Company’s Board of Directors as of June 3, 2010.

John Fitzgibbons, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Integra Group said:
