OREANDA-NEWS. May 06, 2010. Azerbaijan’s leader cellular operator Azercell Telecom LLC expands international roaming.

Azercell has reported of international roaming service put into operation with Madagascar’s Telma operator. This is the second roaming agreement with Madagascar.

Currently, Azercell subscribers benefit from Madagascar’s Madacom (Celtel) operator services.

So far Azercell Telecom LLC has signed up 397 roaming agreements with mobile communication operators from 152 countries of the world.
