OREANDA-NEWS. May 07, 2010. Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS) reports about the state registration of the Order N496 dated March 15th, 2010 "On Approval of Instruction about the Peculiarities of Customs Clearance and Customs Control of Cargoes Transported by Sea from the Road / Rail / Ferry Terminal at the Sea Port Kaliningrad in the Town of Baltiisk, to the Sea Port of Ust Luga.

This Order can reduce the time of the customs registration when cargoes are transported by the route between the port Baltiysk and the Commercial Sea Port of Ust-Luga, this authority said.

This Order was approved in the RF Ministry of Transport, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on April 23rd (the registration number is 16982), published in "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" on April 30th, 2010 and will come into force in 90 days after the official announcement.
