OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2010. Over the first quarter of 2010 OJSC Ilim Group’s locations have manufactured 603 thousand tons of pulp and paper products. This is 12% more than in the corresponding period of 2009.

Market pulp production totaled 379 thousand tons, which is 9% more than in the first three months of 2009. Board production increased by 19% and reached 176 thousand tons. Paper production amounted to 47 thousand tons, which is 8% more than in January-March of 2009.

Pulping went up 11% to 648 thousand tons.

The Company harvested 2.2 million m3 of wood, which is 5% up year-on-year. The share of own wood supplies accounted for 46% of the total supplies volume.
