OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2010. During the first three months of 2010, the pulp and paper output of Ilim Group enterprises integrated into Ilim West business unit (the Koryazhma Branch) amounted to 245 thousand tons, i.e. up 18% over the first three months of 2009.

The overall output includes 75 thousand tons of market pulp which is up 18% from the same period of 2009. Containerboard output reached 122 thousand tons, up 22% year-on-year.

Paper output totaled 47 thousand tons, up 8% from January — March 2009. Sack paper output amounted to 14 thousand tons, offset paper — 28 thousand tons, wallpaper — 5 thousand tons. Pulping went up 16% to 256 thousand tons.

For the first three month of 2010 IlimSeverLes logging company logged 715 thousand m3 of wood, which is up 2% from the same period of 2009. Volumes of timber delivery to the Koryazhma Branch of Ilim Group amounted to 1283 thousand m3, up 10% year-on-year.

In the first three month of 2010 Ilim Gofra produced 18280 thousand m2 of corrugated board production. This is 87% up over January-March 2009.
