OREANDA-NEWS. May 20, 2010. Crimea TITAN СJSC has summed up the results of monitoring of the Collective Bargaining Agreement - 2009 implementation. The employees had an opportunity to discuss the questions concerning the Administration’s fulfillment of obligations to employees and to consider the Draft Collective Bargaining Agreement 2010-2011 with the proposals and amendments at the meetings which were held before the conference. The General Employees Conference was held on 15 April at the Titan Concert and Cinema Palace.

Aleksandr I. Nechaev, Chairman of the Board of CJSC Crimea TITAN, took the floor at the conference. In his speech he gave a brief report on the implementation of key provisions of the company CBA - 2009.

So, in 2009 there were produced 86.5 thousand tons of titanium dioxide, 26.6 thousand tons of monoammonium phosphate and 441.3 thousand tons of sulfuric acid. Taxes and dues amounted to 300 million UAH.

Aleksandr I. Nechaev stressed that more than 6 million UAH were spent on the implementation of measures set out in Section "Occupational safety and health" of CBA-2009. He also added that in order to maintain and preserve a healthy environment at the enterprise and its adjacent territory in 2009 CJSC Crimea TITAN implemented the 71 million UAH package of measures for environmental protection.

Summing up his speech Aleksandr I. Nechaev said that CJSC Crimea TITAN Management had fulfilled all obligations under all sections of the CBA – 2009.

As a result of the conference there was made a unanimous decision to consider the work of CJSC Crimea TITAN Management and Trade Union Committee satisfactory.
