OREANDA-NEWS. June 11, 2010. The Annual General Members’ Meeting of the JC “RUSVIETPETRO” LLC took place in Moscow. The participants included: N.G. Brunich, JSC “Zarubezhneft” Head, Phung Dinh Thuc, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group’s Head, V.S. Abmaev, JC “RUSVIETPETRO” LLC General Director and a number of top-managers and experts from all the named companies.

The Members approved the Annual Statement 2009, annual accounts, including Profit&loss account 2009. Also were approved: the company’s Auditor, contracts with JSC “Giprovostokneft” and JSC “VNIIneft”. Some other questions in connection with “RUSVIETPETRO” activities were discussed.

In 2009, the Joint Company’s main fields of activity were as follows:

Infrastructure construction on the licensed blocks

Well re-entry of the well stock posessed

Exploration and research at the oil-fields

Following industrial and environmental safety regulations

The participants of the General Meeting noted that “RUSVIETPETRO” performance in 2009 shows the fulfilment of obligationgs in development of the licensed blocks on the CKU (Central Khoreiver Uplift) in accordance with the Working Plan.

The Joint Company’s main task for the year 2010 is beginning of commercial operation of the North-Khosedau oil-field of the CKU in Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The participants of the Meeting payd special attention to the “RUSVIETPETRO” social policy to support projects of the long-term programme for socio-economic development of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, including the construction of a nursery and school house in Bugrino town.

Meeting’s protocol was signed by the General Director of JSC “Zarubezhneft” N.G. Brunich from the Russian side and the General Director of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group “Petrovietnam” Phung Dinh Thuc from the Vietnamese side.

JC “RUSVIETPETRO” LLC was founded in 2008 by JSC Zarubezhneft (51%) and Petrovietnam (49%). The Company carries out the project of hydrocarbons exploration and production at the four blocks of the Central Khoreiver Uplift in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
