OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2010. TMM Company closes transaction to acquire Ultra premium-class residential development project located at 20, Otakara Yarosha lane, Kharkiv. The acquisition was realized using credit funds from OJSC Oschadbank as part of the Company's development and market consolidation strategy, which implies acquisition of the projects at final stages of development corresponding to the Company's quality standards.

TMM Company will provide maintenance services to the complex and start sales of remaining 111 apartments with the gross area of 13,000 sq m, which amounts to 50% of the total area of apartments, and 52 parking lots. Ultra residential complex was officially put into operation. In order for it to correspond to TMM Company's quality standards, a scope of landscaping and finishing works is to be performed.

Ultra, a 25-storeyed residential complex with the total area of 41,200 sq m comprises two residential towers with penthouses and commercial premises. The complex includes 222 apartments of flexible planning with area varying from 50 to 380 sq m. Apartments are located on 4th-23rd floors of the complex. A 3-storeyed commercial part of the complex with the total area of 4,500 sq m will include shops, cafes, fitness club, beauty parlour and offices. The complex includes an underground parking with the total area of 6,100 sq m for 190 parking spaces. Ukrimpex LLC acted as an employer of the project, Osnova LLC acted as a general contractor. The project was put into operation in 4th quarter of 2009.

Ultra residential complex is a monolith building with ceramic brick external walls. Reynaers ventilated facade system ensures noise insulation and protection from bad weather conditions. The complex has its own water treatment, heating and hot water supply systems thanks to boiler hoses located on roofs of each section. Each tower is equipped with four silent elevators including one going from the parking to all floors of the building.
