OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2010. Transaero Airlines launched regular flights on the Moscow - Yakutsk route – the first ever operations in the company's history to that destination.

Flights UN179 and UN180 will initially be offered twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, with departures from Moscow Domodedovo Airport at 1:10 am and arrival in Yakutsk at 1:50 pm and the return trip departing from Yakutsk at 3:30 pm and arriving in Moscow at 4:40 pm (local time). Passengers are reminded that the time difference between Moscow and Yakutsk is +6 hours.

The flights are performed on Boeing 767 aircraft with a seating capacity of up to 230 passengers in three class configuration, including Business, Premium Economy and Tourist Economy.

At Domodedovo Airport in Moscow, passengers can also take advantage of Transaero's transfer services within the carrier’s growing international route network.

Transaero's new service between Moscow and Yakutsk marks another step in Transaero's effort to strengthen its position as the largest carrier to the Russian Far East.
