OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2010. JSC “OPIN” (“OPIN” or “the Company”) held its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting. As a result of the meeting, the members of the Board of Directors, the Company’s Internal Auditor were elected, the Auditor was appointed and the annual report together with the financial statements for the year ended 2009 were approved.

The Shareholders Meeting reelected the following persons to the Board of Directors:

1. Bachin Sergey Viktorovich, General Director of JSC “OPIN”;

2. Bashkirov Alexey Vladimirovich, Executive Director for investment and asset management of Holding Company Interros (ZAO);

3. Voytovich Olga Valerievna, First Deputy Head of the legal department of Holding Company Interros (ZAO);

4. Kartsev Alexander Alexandrovich, General Director of OPIN Development LLC;

5. Razumov Dmitri Valerievich, General Director of ONEXIM Group LLC;

6. Salnikova Ekaterina Mikhailovna, Deputy CFO of ONEXIM Group LLC;

7. Svanidze Georgiy Eduardovich, Head of Accounting and Methodology of Holding Company Interros (ZAO);

8. Senko Valery Vladimirovich, Director for Investments of ONEXIM Group LLC;

9. Sosnovsky MIkhail Alexandrovich, Deputy General Director of ONEXIM Group LLC.

Totieva Anastasiya Yurievna was elected as Internal Auditor of the Company.

“Rosexpertiza” LLC is appointed as Auditor for the Company’s financial statements prepared in accordance with the Russian Accounting standards for the fiscal year of 2010.

The shareholders of JSC “OPIN” decided not to pay dividends for the fiscal year of 2009, but to allocate 5% of the net profit to the Reserve Fund in accordance with paragraph 31.1 of the Company’s Charter while not distributing the rest of profit.

OPIN is a Russian real estate investment and development group. The Company was established in September 2002 by Interros.

OPIN was the first Russian real estate developer to be listed in Russia: in November 2004 the Company successfully placed its shares among international and Russian investors. As at 30 June 2009, the Company’s market capitalisation was approximately USD  0.8 billion. The Company's shares are listed on the Russian Trading System stock exchange (List B) and are included in the RTS and RTS-2 indexes. The investment strategy of the Company is focused on the diversification of its project portfolio across attractive segments of the Russian real estate market, in Moscow and the surrounding regions, as well as in Central Russia and South of Russia, while maintaining a balance between investments in development projects and the retention of income producing properties. The Company plans to actively grow its landbank, seeking to acquire quality land plots suitable for residential and other developments in Moscow Region and surrounding areas, typically close to attractive recreational areas such as waterways and woodlands, with convenient current or planned transport links to Moscow.
