OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2010. President Alexander Lukashenko has signed into effect Decree No 367 ‘On the Introduction of Amendments and Additions to Some Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus Concerning the Management of State Property’.

The Decree improves the decision-making procedure concerning the leasing (subleasing) and free use of state property managed directly by national bodies of state administration and other state organisations subordinate to the Government, government agencies and organisations subordinate to the President of the Republic of Belarus, administrations of the free economic zones.

The Decree also sets forth the procedure of granting the deferment of payment at alienation of state immovable property.

The Decree delegates to the State Committee for Property the powers to take decisions concerning the management of state property which cost does not exceed 5,000 base values. The delegating of the powers to the State Committee for Property will make it possible to take timely decisions on alienation of unused state property.
