OREANDA-NEWS. August 3, 2010. Grigory Konstantinov was appointed Vice-President for Human Resources at Uniastrum Bank. His duties will include mapping out and implementing the Bank’s HR management strategy.

A graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO, Mr. Konstantinov also holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations, as well as a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.

Grigory Konstantinov has worked in human resources for 13 years in Russia and abroad, including tenures at major Russian and Western companies such as Rosinter and Bristol-Myers Squibb. In the course of his career he has developed and put into operation company organization systems and staff assessment and development programs geared toward enhancing efficiency and meeting business targets.
