Sistema-Hals OJSC (LSE, MICEX: HALS), one of the leading diversified companies on the real estate market of Russia and the CIS, announces that the Board of Directors approved Andrey Puchkov as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors also elected 5 members of the Management Board, including:

Andrey Nesterenko, President of Sistema-Hals;

Ignaty Danilidi, First Vice President - Head of Construction Department of Sistema-Hals;

Andrey Skvortsov, First Vice President - Head of the Finance Department of Sistema-Hals;

Evgeny Borkin, Vice President for Strategy and Development of Sistema-Hals;

Dmitry Zikanov, Vice President, Head of Residential Real Estate of Sistema-Hals.
