OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2010. Agrobank's Board on 26 July 2010 made decision on the emission of 100 million shares worth a total of 115 billion soums.

The emission will comprise of 99.5 million of ordinary nominal shares and 500,000 privileged shares at the nominal price of 1,150 soums. Presently, the bank's shares are listed in the category A of the official UzSE exchange listing.

The shares will be circulating during 15 calendar days after state registration. They will be divided upon closed subscription between bank shareholders in accordance with their shares in the charter fund by replacing old shares at the nominal price of 1000 soums for new shares at the nominal price of 1,150 soums.

Thus, the bank increases its capitalization by increasing the nominal price of shares. At that the difference between old and new shares comprising 15 billion soums will be paid out from retained income for 2008 and 2009.
