OREANDA-NEWS. September 9, 2010. The work on checking readiness of power facilities of the Company’s divisions to the Autumn and Winter period (AWP) of 2010-2011 is started in IDGC of Centre under the supervision of Sergey Shumakher, Deputy General Director for Technical Policy.

Members of the commissions have been approved in order to check the level of readiness of IDGC of Centre’s divisions to operations during the AWP.

They will include technical specialists of the Company, who will control fulfillment of major and additional conditions of ensuring stable and reliable

operation of power equipment. In each division the commissions will be headed by Directors and Chief Engineers of IDGC of Centre’ divisions.

Operating information on the results of the work conducted in the divisions will be submitted to the Department of Technical Inspection of IDGC of Centre. Upon checks each division will receive the main document containing positive estimate of the works carried out during the repair campaign – Certificate of readiness to AWP.

Timely and quality preparation to the maximum load period is one of the major conditions of power supply reliability of all consumers of IDGC of Centre within the Autumn and Winter period.
