OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2010. Anatoli Karlovski, PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance Partner, has been appointed Head of the St Petersburg PricewaterhouseCoopers office. His immediate task will be to oversee the development of the PricewaterhouseCoopers practice in the North-Western District of Russia, including audit, advisory, tax and legal services, reported the press-centre of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Anatoli has 15 years of professional services experience, specialising in providing services to the largest Russian and multinational companies in a variety of industry sectors, including technology, communications, entertainment and media, as well as manufacturing, transport and consumer products companies.

Anatoli Karlovski was born in Leningrad in 1969. In 1994 he graduated with honours from the D.F. Ustinov Baltic State Technical University with a diploma in Missile and Spacecraft Launching Complexes and in 1995 he graduated from the same university with a degree in Management.

Anatoli began his professional career in 1996 as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in St Petersburg. In 2002, following a merger between the Russian practices of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, he continued his professional growth by joining the Ernst & Young Assurance and Advisory team. In 2006 Anatoli joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as Assurance Partner.

Anatoli is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Russian statutory audit licence.
