OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2010. The Bank of Moscow completed the CHF 350 million 3-year Eurobond Issuance. The coupon rate is set at 4.5% per annum. BNP Paribas and UBS Investment Bank acted as the Joint Lead Managers of the Issuance

The book building started after a two-day road show that took place in Geneva and Zurich. Strong investor appetite resulted in the initial transaction amount having been increased from CHF 150 million by CHF 200 million.

The proceedings from the Issuance will be used for general corporate purposes of the Bank of Moscow.

This deal has been the Bank’s second issue in the Swiss market. In March 2008 the Bank placed its debut CHF 250 million 3-year Eurobond Issuance with a coupon rate of 6.253% per annum.
