OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2010. Maria Eliseeva is appointed Rostelecom’s new IR Director with responsibilities for establishing and maintaining efficient relations with the world investors’ and analysts’ communities to improve the Company’s information openness and transparency.

Ms. M. Eliseeva was born in Moscow June 29, 1981; and in 2003 graduated from the State University of Management as an anti-crisis manager.

In 2001 – 2002 she was training and certification expert with control and licensing division of the Russian National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR). In 2002-2003 she was depositary practice expert in CJSC Reserve Investment and Financial Company. She started her career in investors’ relations in Vimm-Bill-Dunn Food, where she successively held positions of head’s assistant, manager and senior IR manager. Since 2006 until August 20010 she was IR Director in JSC COMSTAR-UTS.

In September 2010 Maria Eliseeva was appointed Rostelecom’s IR Director.

The Company’s President Alexander Provotorov pointed out that “within the framework of the reorganization and creation of an integrated telecommunications company Maria Eliseeva is to pursue extensive practice of interworking with global investors’ community, and in particular to support future listing of the Company on the world leading stock exchanges, improve transparency of the business by implementing best information disclosure practices in order to improve share liquidity and reinforce credit rating”.
