OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2010. According to preliminary data, in 1H 2010, the total volume of direct insurance premium of Ingosstrakh branches coordinated by the South Regional Center (RC) amounted to RUB 751.0 mln, a 16.0% increase, comparing to 1H 2010 indicator.

The volume of non-life voluntary insurance premium was RUB 556.8 mln (a 16.0% increase), including property insurance – RUB 467.0 mln (a 16.6% increase), liability insurance – RUB 47.2 mln (a 60.6% increase). Premiums for compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (CMPTL) amounted to more than RUB 194.2 mln (a 16.1% increase).

In 1H 2010, under direct insurance, Ingosstrakh in the South of Russia paid RUB 499.3 mln, including voluntary personal insurance – RUB 33.6 mln, property insurance – RUB 330.3 mln, voluntary liability insurance – RUB 4.3 mln. CMTPL claims amounted to RUB 130.9 mln.  Under life and health compulsory state insurance of military and persons equated to them in compulsory state insurance, Ingosstrakh paid RUB 0.2 mln.

In the first half year, liability insurance, property insurance and CMTPL were registered as the most dynamically developing business areas of the Ingosstrakh South Regional Center branches.

The highest premiums were collected by the Krasnodar territory branch of Ingosstrakh: RUB 303.0 mln; premiums collected by the Rostov region branch amounted to RUB 138.8 mln. In these branches claims were settled for RUB 166.3 mln and RUB 121.0 mln respectively.
