OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2010. As it was informed in the Stock Exchange of Moldova, the largest transactions were the following: selling of 80,675% of shares of JSC Fishing enterprise Victoria (fish breeding, processing and selling) for 2,06 million lei and 93,4% of shares of Floresti tobacco-fermentation factory (procurement and initial processing of tobacco) for 1,89 million lei.

Besides, there were sold 98,695% of shares of JSC Frasinet (breeding and sale of fish) for 833 thousand lei, 72,455% of shares of JSC Librarul (book trade) for 869,2 thousand lei, 65,282% of JSC Libraria Centrala Anenii Noi (book trade) for 345,8 thousand lei, 35,001% of JSC Moldloto (sports activity, holding of lotteries) for 412,14 thousand lei, 2,498% of JSC Fabrica de unt din Floresti (production of butter, dairy products, milk powder) for 163,5 thousand lei, 0,799% of JSC JLC (production of dairy products) for 165,8 thousand lei, 0,598% of shares of JSC Fabrica de Vinuri Leuseni (production of wine and strong drinks) for 587 lei.

As it was reported before, 55 state shareholdings in 51 joint-stock companies from various fields of the economy were set out for sale in the auction in Moldova. At the same time the shareholdings in 26 enterprises accounted for more than 50% of the charter capital (over the controlling stake). In the other join-stock companies the state shareholdings for sale made up from 0,086% to 45,06%.

Particularly, there were set out for sale the state shareholdings in five tobacco-fermentation factories in Falesti, Orhei, Floresti, Cupcini, Soldanesti and three canneries from Glodeni, Olanesti, Calarasi, in the enterprises of sugar industry (Sudzucker-Moldova, Cupcini-Cristal, Nord-Zahar), in winemaking enterprises (Fabrica de vinuri din Leuseni, Ungheni-Vin, Noroc), as well as in the enterprises of dairy (JLC, BabindLapte), and meat-processing industry (Carmez, Basarabia-Nord), and other sectors. Besides, the state shareholdings in two banks (Eurocreditbank and Moldinconbank) were set out for sale as well.
