OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2010. Ingosstrakh is pleased to announce that it signed an agreement with MAX CJSC about the settlement of claims lodged following the subrogation procedure. MAX has begun performing its obligations by transferring the first tranche of RUR 9,068,066 in accordance with an approved payment schedule.

As is known, Ingosstrakh has an uncompromising stance regarding the payment of subrogation claims in accordance with the law on compulsory motor third party liability insurance and the Rules of the Russian Union of Auto Insurers. The company has many times published and intends to continue to publish information about the debts of insurants that delay paying subrogation claims. 

Ingostrakh is actively working with a number of insurance companies to settle subrogation claims out of court; some insurance companies agreements facilitate the payment of mutual debts and prevent large amount of filed plaintiff's claims.

Ingosstrakh is ready to cooperate with any insurer willing to perform its obligations to its partners.

Mutual performance of the terms and conditions of agreements reached between the parties helps reduce the debt of insurants to each other, avoid non-payment of subrogation claims and in addition to that it can also help establish good partnership relations that will streamline the process of reviewing mutual subrogation claims.
