OREANDA-NEWS. October 25, 2010. 26 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

The transactions concluded in the foreign currency totaled over USD 31.814 milion. Businessmen from Russian bought polypropylene, businessmen from the United Kingdom – TC-1 aviation kerosene and L-0,2-62 diesel fuel and businessmen from Iran – liquefied gas produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. Buyers from the United Kingdom concluded the transactions for liquefied gas from the Nayip terminal. Also, the transactions in the foreign currency were concluded for knitwear, gray cloth, ginned cotton, jeans waster. The buyer countries: Russia, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Armenia.

Businessmen from Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Georgia, Bulgaria, Mauritius and the Virgin Islands concluded the transactions in deposit manats for raw silk, gray cloth, cattle skin, wet blue semi-products, cottonseed oil and cottonseed flake. The transactions totalled over 4.783 million manats.

Turkmen businessmen bought polypropylene to the sum of over 199 000 manats.
