OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2010. Four Russians who died at night on October 18 in a car crash on Crete had been insured by Ingosstrakh. They were on Crete as tourists. The car in which the perished were returning to the city of Rethymno skidded and it was thrown away to get  under a truck moving in the opposite direction.

Ingosstrakh insurance company is constantly in touch with consular officers at the Russian Embassy in Greece, and Greek authorities, and police who are investigating the tragic event. The bodies of the perished Russians will be transferred to their motherland in the nearest time.

The perished people were insured by Ingosstrakh under the medical expenses insurance program.

The company presents its condolences to friends and family of the deceased.
