OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2010. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov set the task to complete construction and put into operation seven unfinished projects in Vinnitsa, whose readiness is 70-80%, till the end of the year. The corresponding orders of Prime Minister Mykola Azarov were given during the meeting to address issues of socio-economic development of Vinnitsa region.

"We need to find incentives for the completion of those seven unfinished projects that you have, the degree of readiness which is 70-80%. I put the task to complete their construction, to put them into operation till the end of the year" - the Prime Minister said.

In addition, the Prime Minister noted that in the whole country recovery of construction and economy is recorded, and therefore, according to him, eventually it will increase demand for property.

He said that in the next few years real estate prices would not rise to the level that was in 2006-2007: "I think in the next few years, we will not come back to those prices."

This Mykola Azarov said that the Government and local authorities should develop a series of incentives to revive the construction industry. However, he clarified that the Government considers construction industry as a priority for Ukraine.
