OREANDA-NEWS. On October 28-29, 2010 a conference called "Kazakhstan issuers' forum. Points of growth for business in post-crisis period" will take place at Holiday Inn, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The conference is organized with support from the Issuers Council of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations and the Association of financiers of Kazakhstan.

Information support is provided by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, Troika Dialog Kazakhstan, and the Russian Institute of Directors.

The conference agenda will include the following topics:

- government policy on the accelerated industrial-innovative development (AIID), "Business Road Map-2020" and projects of government-private sector partnership;

- recapitalization, refinancing, and restructuring of debts; fair value of business;

- internal and external capital markets; raising funds on the stock market and alternative financing;

- economy of business: how to cut expenses and how to earn money; management of finance flows;

- efficient business-strategy and ensuring business transparency;

- how to work with investors in hard times, positioning of business in post-crisis period;

- legal field and conditions for business development.

Supposed participants in the conference:

- representatives of authorized government bodies;

- owners, top managers, finance directors from real sector enterprises;

- institutional investors - investment banks, accumulative pension funds, brokerage companies, direct investment funds, and individual investors;
