"Finalizing and signing the power supply contracts is a key event in reforming the electric power sector, an important step in the industry development. These contracts help focus investments on the most relevant projects essential for electric power and energy security of the growing economy. Power supply contracts are juridical texts. However, they are a better tool than any power-point presentation or 3D model to display new energy units and plants, a new and reliable electric power sector of Russia," asserted S. Mironosetsky.
