OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2010. As one of indicators of the effectiveness of the quality management system, the ISO 9001:2008 standard provides for mandatory monitoring of Client satisfaction. Strictly conforming to the international standard, the UVK Logistics Company carries out such surveys quarterly.

Most UVK Clients participated in the last poll conducted in October 2010. Such activity has exceeded all our expectations! And we hasten to thank the participants of the survey – UVK Clients - for their help and assistance in conducting of the study.

Having expressed their interest to the survey, our Clients not only evaluated the UVK system of cargo delivery, quality of custody services, work of managers, but also suggested a number of valuable ideas, gave personal comments. Such feedbacks of our Clients became a useful contribution to formation of UVK operational plans. Part of suggestions and concerns are already taken into consideration in the operating strategy of the company for 2011.

We believe that these measures, as well as operational objectives based on the feedbacks received will prove their effectiveness in practice and improve overall Client satisfaction with the UVK services and loyalty to the company.
