OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2010. The employees of the eastern regional offices of PJSC "MEGABANK" who are directly interacted with clients in the network of a joint project with the German consulting company "IPC GmbH" have passed the training program on effective organization of work for attracting new corporate clients, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

This allowed them to get additional time management skills, to master modern methods of correspondence, telephone instruments of effective presentations, and to get acquainted with the peculiarities of negotiating with clients of different psychological types.

According to the Head of Human Resources Department of PJSC "MEGABANK" Zoya Rozumnaya the training was the first outcome of MEGABANK's training center. Knowledge obtained during the training will help banking professionals to become even closer to their regular and potential clients. "MEGABANK" plans to continue caring about improving the skills of their employees and implement such kind of programs," - said Zoya Rozumnaya.

Reference. Training Centre of "MEGABANK, PJSC" was established in August 2010. It is in the structure of Human Resources Department. The trainers are representatives of the MEGABANK's departments who have already passed course for trainers and began development of training programs and plans.
