OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2010. Belarus has drafted the state innovation development program for 2011-2015 worth over 100 trillion Belarusian rubles (Br), First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko said during parliamentary hearings on innovation development of the country on Thursday.

“The program has been finalized, it passed many reviews in the government. I believe it will soon be sent to the president for approval,” Semashko said.

He said the new innovation development program envisaged investments at least four times the volume stipulated in the program covering 2007-2010.

The draft program includes 963 innovation projects, of them 229 high-tech projects, including projects of the fifth an sixth technological modes. The program envisages creation of 206 new companies and 325 new productions.
