OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2011. The Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering (MSUEE) and the management of EuroChem have reached an agreement under which university students will be able to receive additional occupational training and intern at the Company’s facilities in 2011. EuroChem launched a program allowing 40 university students per year to acquire skills in key occupations within the company. The classroom training will be organized in cooperation with the Moscow Polytechnic College and field experience will be acquired by students during their annual summer internship at company facilities located in the following four towns: Novomoskovsk (Tula region), Nevinnomyssk (Stavropol district), Belorechensk (Krasnodar region) and Kotelnikovo (Volgograd region).

This program will allow EuroChem to train future employees and speed up the adaptation process, while contributing to the implementation of the key objectives of the government youth policy aimed at training engineering and design personnel for the strategic sector of manufacturing. During their internship, students will be able to learn more about the manufacturing facilities and acquire professional skills in a production environment. Following their graduation from MSUEE, the on-site job experience they acquired will help them start building their career as full-fledged employees at operating facilities.
