OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2011. TATNEFT commissioned 30 filling stations during 2010. A total number of filling stations operating in the composition of TATNEFT Group Companies as of 1 January 2011 amounted to 627 facilities (497 operated on the territory of the Russian Federation and 130 stations operated in the Ukraine), reported the press-centre of Tatneft.

Tatneft plans to commission 19 new stations in the territory of the Russian Federation in 2011. The filling stations will appear in the regions, which are new for TATNEFT in terms of the retail supply business development: Yaroslavl region (8 stations have been scheduled for opening) and Penza region (plans provide for opening 3 stations). In addition the Company's plans provide for putting into operation six stations of TATNEFT in the Republic of Belarus this year.

Quality control of petroleum products at the filling stations of TATNEFT is performed with application of up-to-date equipment and advanced technologies. The quality control system is multistage. The Company is involved in the system of voluntary certification of filling stations for the purpose of compliance with the quality requirements of the petroleum products sold.
