OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2011. In 2010, Freight one increased shipments by 1.3 times compared with 2009 and hit 302.3 million tons.

This figure includes 101.1 million tons of coal (+32.3%); 73.5 million tons of oil products (+18.3%), 26.7 million tons of ore (+18.9%), 16.9 million tons of construction cargo (+14.8%), 15.9 million tons of cement (+30.5%), 19.7 million tons ferrous metals (+83.4%), 6.5 million tons of chemical and mineral fertilizer (+29.7%), 1.4 million tons of nonferrous metal (+17.2%).

In 2010, Freight One’s share of Russia’s freight traffic reached 22.5% (+5.2 compared with 2009 figures).

The increase in haulage volumes was due to an increase in Freight One’s hauling capacity and client base.
