OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2011. Ukrsotsbank, member of UniCredit Group, acted as a partner of Ukrainian Fashion Week 2011 and “First profession” charitable project aimed at helping orphan children in Ukraine.

This year is a 14 anniversary of founding Fashion Week in Ukraine, that is an essential signal of qualitative development of Ukrainian fashion industry. Having personified the best world standards, Ukrainian Fashion Week becomes the guarantee of constant attention of general public towards Ukrainian fashion, strengthens Ukrainians’ trust to made-in-Ukraine label and steps into new international level of its development, while paying more and more attention to social responsibility.

Ukrsotsbank was the first Ukrainian bank that had taken the decision to support such an important occasion, proving by that its title of up-to-date bank.

Professional French model Dji Dieng will also take part in the project. The model is supporting charitable activity and directs a lot of efforts to the organizations that do care about other people problems.

In 2011 Ukrainian Fashion Week is planning a huge international program. In its turn Ukrsotsbank, member of UniCredit Group, has the possibility to grant support on international level.

In the context of this partnership Ukrasotsbank has prepared gifts to its Private Banking clients – invitations to Ukrainian Fashion Week 2011, providing them with opportunity to enjoy the masterpieces of talented Ukrainian fashion designers just during the show.

An important role for UniCredit Group and Ukrsotsbank particularly, as for organization that pays a great deal of attention to social movement, in taking the decision of cooperation with Ukrainian Fashion Week 2011, has played the fact that part of contribution will be aimed at supporting charitable project “The First Profession”. The purpose of this social action is to grant orphan children with possibility to master skills and knowledge that will stay with them to the rest of their life and help them to fulfill themselves in future.
