OREANDA-NEWS. March 3, 2011. As of 1 March, 2011 UTair Aviation will eliminate the fuel surcharge on airfare to and from Vladikavkaz, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralniye Vody, Murmansk, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg, and Tomsk.

The reduction of this component of fare composition is made possible by a reduction in the cost of fuel at the airports of these Russian cities.

According to the UTair operational forecast for 2011, the airline is planning to serve more than 7 million passengers. More than 100 planes and 200 helicopters of various types and classes will log a total of 350,000 flight hours for the realization of UTair operations. Helicopter operations in Russia and eleven foreign countries are expected to see an annual increase of 6.5%.
