OREANDA-NEWS. March 11, 2011. The first meeting of the Public Private Partnership Department set up by the Russian Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation jointly with Vnesheconombank was held on March 5, 2011.

In attendance of the meeting were head of the Department, doctor of economics Vladimir Dmitriev, Finance University pro-vice chancellor Boris Smitienko, executives and experts of Vnesheconombank’s subdivisions and the Department’s faculty.

The meeting approved the Department’s operating concept as well as its working plan for a five-year period and the current academic year.

The Public Private Partnership Department will focus on implementing educational programs and holding workshops for government and municipal officials and business structures’ employees, teaching students as part of receiving economic education as well as doing research and preparing study guides on public private partnership.

Experts of Vnesheconombank’s Public Private Partnership Center are directly involved in developing educational programs.
