OREANDA-NEWS. March 14, 2011. Russian Telecom Equipment Company (RTEC), manufacturer of trusted telecommunications equipment, for the first time took part in CeBIT - the world largest exhibition devoted to information and telecommunications technologies. More than 4,200 companies from over 70 countries participated at CeBIT 2011, that took place on March 1-5 in Hannover (Germany).

During the exhibition RTEC introduced its main areas of business to the global IT-community and announced the beginning of cooperation with Skolkovo Foundation in the field of high technologies and innovative development of the Russian IT industry. RTEC is the only Russian company that had an opportunity to become a co-exhibitor of Skolkovo and to make itself known on the world most important IT forum.

“We are very grateful to Skolkovo for the opportunity to take part in CeBIT-2011, - said Andrey Badalov, First Deputy Director General of RTEC. – It is not surprising that we are interested in the international event of such level: RTEC is the only Russian company that develops and manufactures certified telecommunications equipment in cooperation with world IT-leaders. Thus, RTEC adapts foreign technologies with the requirement of the Russian market”.
