OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2011. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that Yuri Soldatenkov has been appointed the Deputy General Director, Director of the company's Orel branch.

Yuri Soldatenkov was born on July 23, 1972. In 1998 he graduated from Moscow Institute of Utilities and Construction. In 2005 he graduated from Smolensk Institute of Business and Entrepreneurship with a specialty in management. In 2005-2007 he worked as deputy director of Rostelecom's territorial directorate, where was responsible for administrative issues. In June 2007 Mr. Soldatenkov was appointed the deputy commercial director. In 2009 he was named the best manager of Rostelecom's Central Branch.
