OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2011. Acceptance tests of the Kazsat-2 spacecraft are almost over. TVT, EMC, as well as acoustic  tests, and payload verification are completed successfully.
The launch is tentatively scheduled for June 10, 2011. The exact date will be defined later on.

Khrunichev Space Center performs necessary prelaunch processing of Kazsat-2.  Successful and high-quality completion of the Kazsat development and processing is of high importance for Khrunichev Center. To add, Proton-M is to loft Telstar 14R spacecraft in May 2011.
