OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2011. National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announces that from 28 March, 2011, seven companies will no longer be listed among issuers whose securities are administered within the NSD-DCC Bridge, the link facilitating transfers between Russia's MICEX and RTS stock exchanges. These companies include OJSC "VolgaTelecom", OJSC "Far East TelecOnl", OJSC N. W. Telecom, JSC CenterTelecom, "UTK" PJSC, OJSC Sibirtelecom and O.J.S.C. "Uralsvyazinform".

The exclusion of these organizations from the list is connected with the forthcoming reorganization of OJSC "Rostelecom" and its merger with these companies.
