OREANDA-NEWS. April 7, 2011. The annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Energougol ENE OJSC, held on April 5, 2011, passed the resolution on changing the name of the company to comply with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Joint-Stock Companies’.
 
Energougol ENEOpen-Joint Stock Company was renamed to DTEK Energougol ENE Public Joint-Stock Company by majority of votes.
 
The meeting of shareholders also approved the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company and the financial statements for 2010. The decision not to pay dividends and keep the 2010 net profit of UAH 42.57 m undistributed was made by the majority vote of the shareholders.

Service-Invest, DTEK Energougol ENE and the associated Donetskoblenergo Company, where DTEK owns 30.6%, represent the electricity sales and supply business of DTEK.
 
DTEK also holds a 39.98% stake in Kievenergo, which provides a full cycle of energy supply to Ukraine’s capital, with a unified process for production, transport and supply of heat and electric energy.
