OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2011. Approximately one thousand employees from TEO Group, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and television services in Lithuania, and their family members will participate for the third year in a row in the campaign Darom (Let's Do It), which will take place in the whole of Lithuania.

Environment in sixteen towns will be cleaned up by employees of TEO, Lintel and Baltic Data Center together with their friends and close relatives. At clean-up points, where employees of TEO Group are going to toil, they will also work as coordinators - they will distribute the means necessary for environmental clean-up and will take care of garbage disposal.

The yearly Corporate Volunteering Day of TEO will help bring thousands of hands together. In the major cities, TEO will provide its employees with gloves and garbage bags necessary for cleaning up the environment.

Last year, TEO employees likewise actively participated in the campaign "Darom" (Lets' Do It) - then about 1000 representatives of the Company, together with their family members, were also involved in cleaning up the environment in eight towns.

TEO is one of the business enterprises most actively promoting voluntary activities in Lithuania. The Company's employees are engaged in voluntary activities in such organisations as Save the Children Lithuania, "Big Brothers Big Sisters", " Another Option, The Path of Changes, and are actively participating in public environmental clean-up campaigns.
